Maintenance is lightning fast, staff is available and extremely helpful, location and neighbors are great! Unit is lovely, and the modern feel of the building is wonderful.

Courteous, spontaneous, and friendly staff. Security is great. Very modern and eco-friendly facilities, activities include gym workout area, sunroof and conference room is great location for entertainment with guests. Residents are respectful and quiet. Local transportation is convenient.

Our experience with Lane has been nothing but wonderful! The leasing team is friendly and welcoming and so helpful. Toye has been such a joy to have as a property manager and we will miss it here very much. This has been the best apartment experience we have had and we would absolutely stay here if it were in a better location for us.
