I have lived at The Pearl since it opened in 2008 and the location is just perfect for so many reasons. At this point in my life, I decided to move to downtown Seattle into a high rise building with great amenities. For the price and location, I think The Pearl is a very good value property in Capitol Hill.

Overall my experience was great. Its a comfortable place to live in a great location. Plus I was able to get a unit with windows on 2 sides, so it had good light and air flow. The best part, though, is having good managementsupport staff looking out for us whenever we needed something.

Brett and Andre are doing a superb job keeping the building safe and orderly. Andre is super friendly and does a great job. He smiles and waves at us whenever we see him; Brett is responsive and its great to see him at the front desk. Please make sure their managers know they are great employees.
