I love the building and the area. The concierges were all nice and super friendly especially Yasmin and Hester! The maintenance crew is also very efficient and super helpful. The cleaning crew is very good, kind and hard working and the building management team is also very helpful for anything we needed or any questions we had.

The concierge staff has been so incredibly friendly and know both my dog and me by name, all my maintenance requests have been responded to within 24 hours and the maintenance staff will follow up with me if they see me in the lobby. The staff in the building know me by name and I truly feel at home here!

You guys always go above beyond to help when I ask for help - good example was Sean when he helped in getting me a new parking sensor as I had lost mine. A resident had handed theirs in and he was straight on to pass this to me - top class. Submitting requests thru the app and having issues resolved is so handy too.

Tim is by far the best manager I have ever had the pleasure of working with as my building manager. He is always available, ready with a smile, and an absolute joy to be around. The maintenance staff is equally as fantastic, and Ermal and Humberto deserve endless praise as the best, and kindest maintenance guys out there!

Although the construction has been difficult for residence, I know it has been especially hard on the staff of Avenir. They have been so professional, cooperative, understanding, and positive throughout the whole situation. I am excited for the new renovations but have had no issues with anything else my whole time living her!

We have been very satisfied with the Staff at The Avenir. Eric was great and came in early to meet us on a Sunday with our keys so we could move in before the Super Bowl! Yoli has been a valuable resource and huge help answering all of our questions and showing us around. Lastly, David and the rest of the desk staff have been friendly!

The staff has been extremely helpful and friendly from the time we first came to look at the community to after we moved in. The community is always clean and the apartment was spotless when we moved in. I cleaned before we moved in and there wasn't any dirt to be found. Great job!
